Transaction Description
Gemstone Capital acted as financial advisor in Sound Dimension’s unit rights issue. The rights issue consisted of a maximum of 40,638,760 shares, which corresponded to a maximum of approximately 8.1 MSEK. In total, approximately 85% were subscribed including conversion of debt. Sound Dimension received a total of approximately SEK 5.4 million through the Rights Issue before issue costs of approximately SEK 1.4 million.
