Transaction Description
Gemstone Capital acted as financial advisor for Sound Dimension in this transaction. Sound Dimension entered into a loan agreement totaling 1.2 MSEK. The bridge loan runs until 30 September 2023 with an interest rate of 1% per month or part thereof and a fixed premium of 10% of the loan amount, interest on interest and interest on premium is not paid. At maturity, the loan including interest shall be repaid, however, the lenders have the right to convert the loan to shares in the event of an issue by the Company.
